Q. Do you allow adult sites?

Q. What control panel do you use and do you have a demo?
A. The control panel is Plesk for Windows and the demo is COMING SOON.

Q. Can I pay monthly?
A. Yes, our payment plans are monthly subscriptions.

Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. Your account will be setup within 12 hours of ordering.

Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?

A. No, due to security reason's we do not offer telnet or shell access.

A. Yes, you can password protect directory's.

Q. How long does it take to get my domain working?
A. It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate.

Q. What do I set my domains name server's to?
A. Please read your welcome email, this information is included.
If you have lost your welcome email please email support to request your dns entries.

Control Panel

Q. Do you have a manual for our control panel?
A. Not at this time.

Q. Where can I download a free FTP?
A. We recommend downloading WS FTP from here

Q. It's not letting me upload my files what's wrong?
A. Make sure you are uploading to the right web directory which is the httpdocs folder.

Q. What is the path to my public users files?
A. The path is /httpdocs

Email

Q. How do I create email accounts?
A. To create an email account login to your control panel, choose domain and click Mail.

Q. What do I put for both incoming and outgoing mail server?
A. For both incoming and outgoing mail server put mail.yourdomain.com

Q. Where do I go to check my emails using my browser?
A. http://webmail.yourdomain.com

Q. Why can't I send mail?
A. Your Internet Service Provider might block port 25 and if so you can use port 2525 instead, please check with your Internet Service Provider.

Microsoft Access

Q. How do I create databases and manage them?
A. You must upload your Micorsoft Access Database via FTP to the fo;der of your choice.

Billing

Q. How do I request the 30 day money back?
A. Simply email us your username, password, and why you wish to cancel within thirty days, and we process your refund within 24 hours.

Q. How do I make a payment?
A. All payments are recurring. Your payment will be automatically billed though your paypal.com account.

Q. How do I stop billing?
A. If you wish to close your account simply email us your username and why you wish to cancel within 20 days of your next billing cycle. You may also login to your PayPal account and choose cancel subscription (PayPal Subscriptions Only). You must also include "I give you permission to delete my website and all of it's content." in your email.

SSL

Q. I'm going to purchase my own ssl what do I need to know?
A. Our servers are Windows 2003, You may request a certificate key via your control panel or you may send us an email to create one for you. If you require a technicians to set up your SSL, there will be a one time $30.00 installation fee.
